The PC8DeviceAgent follows the new PowerControl8 features.
Starting from this version is also added:
- New metrics and new parameters (see PC8firmware topic)
- Screenshots management and upload via email, Facebook and Twitter
Note: to grab a PowerControl8 screenshot you can hold pressed PRO and MODE longer than 5 seconds
- SRMNews, a new tab who shows the most important news concerning SRM community: updates, team, video channel and curiosity

A partire da questa versione sono state aggiunte:

Ciao Simone,
my first experience with the new firmware is good:
- GPS seems quicker to get satellites
- zero offset screen is better organized than previous
- WiFi upload works fine
- ride summary have more interesting parameters than previous

Still I have to understand what happens if I enable altitude calibration during ride.

Thanks Gian!

For your info the ALTITUDE CALIBRATION DURING THE RIDE means that if during your ride the GPS gets a better signal he redo his calibration to adjust the altitude.
Since this parameter is not a standard FIT message but custom by SRM, can be that other software are not able to read.
SRMX is able to adjust.

Please give him the right time and make sure you are in an open sky space.
The update normally cannot change the GPS.

Sì, ho già i conti in Strava prima di installare bete SRM è in esecuzione grande, ma ora come ho voluto firmare per Strava è lasciare immediatamente ??
