Seems that your pc doesn't have the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable.

English version

Try follow those steps:

1. Go here to download MS Visual C++ Redistributable
2. When the dialog opens, select the correct package(this depend on your system: if your pc is 32bit system choose the x86 version otherwise if is a 64bit computer choose the x64)
3. Install the package
4. When the installation is finished, reboot your pc

Try to launch the DA again, and check if it works.

Seguire i seguenti passi:

1. Andare qui per scaricare MS Visual C++ Redistributable
2. Cliccare scarica e, nel messaggio successivo, scegliere il pacchetto relativo alla versione del proprio sistema(per computer a 32bit scegliere il pacchetto x86; per computer a 64bit, scegliere x64)
3. Installare il pacchetto
4. A fine installazione, riavviare il proprio computer

Eseguire il DeviceAgent, e vedere se funziona tutto correttamente.
